These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of graciescoloring.com.

The website and the Gracies and Gracies Kids brands are operated by:

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Grace Illustration Ltd.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Our products

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, products sold on graciescoloring.com are digital products.

Digital coloring books and coloring pages are supplied as downloadable files, usually in PDF format.

No physical product will be shipped when you purchase a product described as a digital download or digital edition.

Please read the relevant product page before purchasing.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected product at the price shown.

Your order is accepted when we confirm the order or make the purchased digital content available to you.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

payment is not authorised
there is an obvious pricing or technical error
we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
we are unable to provide the product

If we cancel an order after taking payment and you have not received the relevant digital content, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store.

Applicable taxes will be included or displayed where required.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Payments may be processed by Shopify and third-party payment providers.

4. Digital delivery

Digital products are normally made available shortly after successful payment through a download link, confirmation page, email or our digital fulfilment provider.

You are responsible for:

providing an accurate email address
maintaining access to that email address
using a device capable of opening the supplied file format
downloading and storing your purchased files

If your download does not arrive or a file cannot be opened, contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.

5. Cancellation and digital content

UK consumers normally have cancellation rights for certain distance contracts.

Different rules apply where digital content is supplied during the cancellation period.

Where you expressly ask us to provide digital content immediately and acknowledge that beginning the supply of that digital content will cause you to lose your statutory cancellation right, your right to cancel will end when supply begins as permitted by applicable law.

If the required consent or acknowledgement has not been obtained, your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where digital content is faulty, corrupted, not as described or otherwise fails to meet rights that apply under consumer law.

Please contact us if there is a genuine problem with a purchased file.

6. Refunds

Because our products are digital and can be accessed immediately, we do not generally offer refunds simply because a customer:

changes their mind after accessing the content
no longer wants the product
accidentally purchases a product they already own
does not have a suitable printer, device or software

This does not remove any refund, repair, replacement, price-reduction or other rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

If you receive the wrong file, a corrupted file, an incomplete download or digital content that materially differs from its description, please contact us so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Personal-use licence

Unless a product expressly states otherwise, purchasing or downloading one of our products gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may:

download the purchased file to your personal devices
print pages for your own personal use
print pages for use within your household

You may not:

resell the digital file
redistribute or share the digital file with other people
upload the file to file-sharing websites, groups or online storage for others to access
reproduce the product for commercial use
sell printed copies
include our artwork in another product
claim our artwork as your own
remove ownership or copyright information for the purpose of redistribution
use the files to create products for resale
use the files for commercial classroom, organisational or business purposes unless we have granted separate permission

Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or artwork to you.

8. Intellectual property

The artwork, illustrations, coloring pages, digital files, branding, graphics, photographs, text and other original content made available through Gracies and Gracies Kids are protected by intellectual-property laws.

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Grace Illustration Ltd and/or the relevant rights holder.

Unauthorised copying, redistribution or commercial use may result in enforcement action.

9. Free coloring pages

Free downloads supplied through Gracies are also intended for personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly state otherwise.

Receiving a free download does not grant permission to resell, redistribute or commercially exploit that content.

10. Product appearance and printing

Digital files may appear slightly different depending on:

your screen
device
software
printer
paper
printer settings
ink or toner

We cannot guarantee that every printer, device or application will reproduce a file identically.

We recommend checking your printer and scaling settings before printing.

11. Website availability

We aim to keep our website and digital delivery services available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend or change parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

If a technical problem prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to help.

12. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may have their own conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

discounts cannot be exchanged for cash
discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively
promotions may be withdrawn or changed before an order is placed
only one discount may be used per order where the checkout restricts combining offers

13. Acceptable website use

You must not knowingly:

misuse our website
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
introduce malware or harmful code
interfere with the operation or security of the website
use automated methods to extract or reproduce our content without permission
use our website or products for unlawful purposes

14. Third-party services

Our website uses services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers and digital-delivery providers.

Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies covering services they provide directly to you.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes information required to provide ecommerce and related services.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights that consumers are legally entitled to exercise.

Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Our products are supplied for personal use and are not sold for commercial or professional reliance.

16. Events outside our reasonable control

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, although this does not affect rights that the law gives you.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The Terms that apply to a purchase are normally those in force when the relevant order is made, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The latest version will be displayed on this page.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections available under the law of the country in which you live.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
